在2007年6月,國家外國專家局中國國際人才交流協會委託授權大華教育-師源作爲其專業人才培訓、TEFL（教師證書）培訓、文化交流專案及中國國際人才網在廣東省及香港的代理機構。 Our
Education and Training Group was founded in 1999 as a provider of high quality
education and training services in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
We are also actively involved in recruiting foreign expertise for the
Motherland. Since
its inception, we have become widely known within the community for its
competency and professionalism, and have been officially recognised by the State
Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the P.R. of China.
Premier International Training Institute (PTI) aspires to be the leading quality education and training program provider in Greater China Region. We have been serving clients ranging from China Government Departments to Education Instititutes, from Enterprises to Professional Associations, from senior officials to executives, from teachers to students. Our
headquarters is ideally situated in Hong Kong, where we benefit from superb
academic resources and world class technological research facilities. In support
of our training activities we have access to Hong Kong’s well-established
financial system and state-of-the-art infrastructure. Strong relationships we
have developed with government departments, universities, private enterprises
and business chambers continue to provide a solid foundation for our training
and hospitality resources. In addition to Hong Kong operations, PTI is also partnered with universities and related organizations throughout the world including Australia, Canada, Singapore and the USA. Finally,
it is our policy to continually improve our programmes and services towards
achieving the goals and mission of the Institute, and to contribute towards the
advancement of our Motherland. In 2007, China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP), affiliate of the China Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, appoints and authorizes our division as Representative Organization on Professional Training, TEFL (Teacher Certificate) Training, Cultural Exchange, and act as an agent of Chinajob in Guangdong Province and H.K. Special Administrative Region.
